Help Desk developed and supported a small-scale cement production project in South Sudan to address the high demand for cement driven by infrastructure and housing development. The project focused on establishing a cost-effective cement grinding and packing facility to reduce reliance on imported cement. Help Desk provided feasibility studies, plant design support, equipment selection, operational planning, and environmental, health, and safety guidance to ensure efficient and sustainable operations.
